I work with a select number of clients on a 1-2-1 basis. Clients who are interested in working with me must be completely committed to making huge changes in their lives. They must be prepared to work hard and be ready to take ownership of their present situation, let go of unhelpful patterns of behaviour and thinking and learn new ways to design and run their life going forwards.
I specialise in Life Coaching as well as Business Coaching.
In Life Coaching the focus is on helping you to become the strong, confident, woman that you want to become, equipped with all the tools you need to lead a fulfilled and successful life.
In Business Coaching the focus is on helping you to achieve your career goals and often includes how to find a happy work-life balance, and how to get back into work after a maternity leave.
The coaching process runs as follows:
1. Introductory Session. This session is to determine whether I think I can help you. Within this session we will discuss goals, outcomes and the number of sessions needed.
TIME: 45 minutes
2. Coaching Sessions. Some clients only need a few sessions to really get their life back on track, others need and like many more. There is no right or wrong answer, it is simply what feels best for you and your own life goals.
TIME: 50 minutes
3. The Final Session. When you have decided that you are ready to go back into the world and are fully equipped with all the tools, strategies and knowledge that you need, you will have 1 final session with me. In this session we will go back through the journey that we have been on together and look at the progress that you have made.
TIME: 90 minutes
