How I do it

I integrate exercise with nutrition and psychology to help women live their healthiest and happiest lives.

I empower women with knowledge that informs their choices and helps them to create the bodies, the health, the strength and the lives that they want.

By working with your psychology you can facilitate making these changes in your life. By knowing how to break bad habits and create new ones, by knowing how to manage your state without food or alcohol, by knowing how to motivate yourself and how to overcome your own excuses – you are much more likely to have the thoughts, and take the actions that help you to achieve your goals.

And by looking at health holistically in this way, and by utilising the power of nutrition with exercise I know that you can take back control of your health and create the body, and the life, that you want and deserve.

I break down all the latest research and unite it with my experience working with women every day to create easy to understand, realistic, practical and implementable advice, guidance and solutions.

You no longer need to rely on trial and error, or hoping that a magazine or a books generic approach will be suitable for you. Work with me and I’ll help you utilise your time the most effectively so that you are seeing progress, getting stronger, fitter and healthier and creating the body you’ve always wanted more effectively, and in less time.
