- Initial Consultation in person or via zoom
- Analysis of symptoms, lifestyle, exercise and food
- Expert evidence-based advice and a personalised lifestyle plan
- An exercise plan (with video demonstrations) designed specifically for you, your existing fitness level and the facilities you have available to you
- A Recipe book full of easy to make, healthy and delicious recipes which will support your body (and mind) going forwards
- Supplement recommendations with links to exactly what to buy
- Final Consultation to go through the plan together
OPTIONAL ADD ON SERVICES (£75 per hour)
- 1-2-1 PT session to demonstrate exercise that will build strength, prevent osteoporosis and help generate energy
- 1-2-1 Cooking sessions to show how to make simple, delicious foods that fit within your plan
- 1-2-1 Life, Health and Executive coaching

In our initial consultation I will take the time to really listen to you and what you are experiencing. I will learn all about you and your life and what has and is currently happening to your body and mind.
With a good understand and background knowledge I will put together a personalised lifestyle plan, tailored to you, your symptoms, needs and desires.
In the third phase of the program we will go through the plan - I will explain it to you in detail and discuss exactly how you can put it into practice in your life - simply and easily. Here you will be able to ask any questions you may have as well as seek further clarity and understanding.
From here you will have options to work more with me through coaching, personal training and nutrition plans.YES PLEASE
