5 SESSION PACKAGE

  • Session 1: Here we Access your Food Diary and Go Through a Lifestyle Assessment including Goals and Your Driving Why.
  • Session 2: We decide upon Meals for the week ahead to Create a Realistic, Achievable Meal Plan. I educate you on Intermittent Fasting, Macronutrients, Dressing Your Carbs and lots of tweaks and hacks to implement into your life to make it Healthier
  • Session 3: This week we go through your Food Story, Self Sabotage, Triggers, Non Negotiables & Food Rules to set you up for Successs
  • Session 4: Here we access what's working and what isn't and make tweaks accordingly. We look at beliefs and habits and how to instil them into your life.
  • Session 5: Here we look at 'Worth It Moments', Barriers to Success, Movement, Sleep and General Health. We create a Self Care Bucket List and we look at How to Move Forwards.
