Chapter Two

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WELLNESS EDIT

I’m a women’s health coach, psychology graduate, nutritionist, personal trainer, author... and perhaps my favourite role of all, mum to four wonderful children.

Like so many women, I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, ambition and the constant feeling that there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.

I also know how confusing wellness has become.

That’s why I created The Wellness Edit.
Not because women need more information.
Because I believe we need more clarity.

My job isn’t to tell you to do more.
It’s to help you discover the few things that will make the biggest difference to your life.

Welcome to The Wellness Edit. ♥
