LIFE JOURNEY EDITS
The Perimenopause Edit
Understanding what’s changing — and knowing what to do about it.
Perimenopause can feel like your body suddenly changed the rules without telling you.

Sleep shifts. Energy changes. Your cycle becomes unpredictable. You may notice changes in mood, confidence, body composition, concentration or how you respond to stress — sometimes before you’ve even considered that hormones might be involved.

And with so much conflicting advice about what women should be doing in midlife, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

This Edit is about making sense of what’s happening, understanding your options and focusing on the things that can genuinely make a difference.
You’re not trying to get your old self back. We’re building the strongest, healthiest version of you for what comes next.

A little note from Bex.

Perimenopause has a frustrating habit of arriving when life is already full.
You may be juggling work, family, relationships and everyone else’s needs — and suddenly the body you’ve known for years starts behaving differently. Sleep changes.
Your energy shifts. Your confidence can wobble. Things that used to work don’t seem to work in quite the same way anymore.
I want you to know that this stage isn’t something to fear — and it certainly isn’t the beginning of becoming less.
For me, perimenopause is an invitation to understand your body differently. To get stronger. To protect your health for the future. To question some of the things you’ve been told about how women should eat, exercise and age — and make decisions based on what actually works for you.
You don’t need to overhaul your life. You just need to know which things are worth changing.
And that’s exactly what we’ll work out together.
With love,
