WHAT IS MCAS?
MCAS affects the body’s mast cells, which play a key role in allergic responses and immunity. When these cells are overactive, they can trigger a range of symptoms, including fatigue, brain fog, gastrointestinal discomfort, and severe allergic-like reactions. These unpredictable symptoms can disrupt your daily life, but with the right strategies, it’s possible to live well with MCAS.

Through my tailored MCAS coaching program I work 1-2-1 with you providing you with the tools and support you need in order to Thrive through MCAS.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and can be done virtually or in person in North London
