I LOVE working 1-2-1 with women, helping them to feel healthier and happier and look and feel they way they want to.
As a personal trainer I will teach you how to move your body in a way that’s fun and effective, as a nutritionist I will analyse your food and offer nutritional and supplemental advice and as a coach I will help you to create healthy habits, break bad ones, develop the right mind-set, sleep better, move more, and generate a healthy lifestyle that supports you and ensures you achieve your goals.
I truly believe that a holistic, 360 degree approach to your goals is the only way that real change can be created and sustained.
Over the years I’ve worked with women of all ages, shapes and sizes, including women with diabetes Type 1 and Type 2, endometriosis, obese women, young women (aged 13, 15, 17), women with hypothyroidism, women who just want to lose a few pounds, tone-up, build muscle, women who want to be motivated and those who want to completely change the shape of their body.
As a mum of 4 I have spent the last 8 years working with pre and post natal women – it really is a passion of mine. In fact, I was so passionate about helping pregnant women that I wrote a book on it called ‘Mummahood: The Expert Guide to a Fit, Healthy & Happy Pregnancy’.
If you’ve had kids you’ll know that your body is now very different. Carrying a baby for 9 (ish) months and then birthing that baby followed by keeping your baby fed, clean and happy takes its toll physically and mentally!
I specialise in rehabilitating the body and mind and, in the process, healing diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, postural issues and other problems associated with being a mum.
So, if you’re looking to create positive change in your life, take back control of your body and achieve long-term, sustainable results then please do reach out for a free consultation – I’d love to meet you and see whether I can help you to achieve your goals.

- Why should I pick you above ALL the other PTs out there?
Because I specialise in working with mums - I know their bodies and I know exactly how to rebuild and repair them after children because I've had 4 of them myself (all in 7 years), and I've worked with hundreds of other mums helping them too.
This makes me uniquely positioned to make sure you get results. Because I know how to heal your body and build it back up again and I know the tools, the tricks, and the methods that will give you the energy, motivation and support that you need to succeed.
- What’s Your Approach?
I don’t just focus on exercise. I don’t believe that exercise alone is the answer for most mums. It’s a part of the picture, and an important part but there’s so much more to it. It’s food, It’s motivation. It’s time. It’s energy. It’s habits. It’s learning how to take action when all you want to do it eat toast and binge watch Scandal. I teach you about the psychology as well as the nutrition and the exercise for a fully holistic approach.
- How long will it take to see results?
That, my friend, is up to you. But know this: I am not about extreme anything. I am not about pushing yourself physically until you vomit. I am not about cutting anything out of your diet. This is not an extreme, lose 10lbs of water in a week program. This is about developing a new lifestyle that works for you, your goals and your lifestyle. Together we create a sustainable, realistic, healthy lifestyle that gets you results.
- How can we work together?
There are 2 ways that we can work together. I can train you on a 1-2-1 basis where I become your personal trainer, or you can join T.H.R.I.V.E., my Online Program for Mums which is a 6 week course. Click here to find out more about T.H.R.I.V.E.
- How Much Does It Cost?
My personal training packages start from £750

“Rebecca has been my trainer during my pregnancy; her preparation and professionalism are first class! Thanks to Rebecca I managed to stay active and exercise throughout the 9 month; this allowed me to live my pregnancy with no back pain at all which is amazing as I have two hernias in my lower back from a previous accident!
Rebecca support goes beyond what you’d expect from a PT; thanks to her studies in psychology and nutrition, she can provides a 360 support which is extremely precious and rare to find. Rebecca has a contagiously positive personality and is definitely a natural coach both for the body and the mind.”
