Since having Ava, my first daughter, 5 years ago I've dedicated my working life to trying to make the lives of mums like you healthier and happier through exercise, nutrition, and self-care.

  1. What’s the difference between this program and EVERY other online program out there?

Excellent question. My program is specifically designed for mums and focuses on the exact requirements that all the mums I’ve ever spoken to, trained, or encountered have. T.H.R.I.V.E. is truly unique because it combines learning with execution alongside the power of support and community. Combine all this with my daily exercise classes, along with the motivational and education daily video calls and you have a unique program that will ensure your success. 

 

  1. How exactly is the training delivered?

You will get a morning live workout class with me plus an evening educational / support / motivation video call. You'll also get a meal plan and recipes delivered by email.

 

  1. What happens if I can’t make the live classes?

It doesn’t matter! Ideally you'll do the classes together with all the other mums but sh*t happens and few mums will ever be able to make them all. However they are all recorded so I will send the recordings to you so you never miss out!

 

  1. How much does T.H.R.I.V.E. cost?

The month costs just £129.00 and if you recommend a friend you, and she, will get the next month (if you choose to do the program again) for just £64.50!

 

  1. What happens if I hate it / it doesn’t work for me?
