1. Why Do I Need ANOTHER Recipe Book?

You may not need one at all. If you are confident in the kitchen, know what healthy eating is and how to properly fuel your body to support your goals you absolutely do not need one. However, if you aren't so confident. If you struggle to create healthy meals, if you find yourself reaching for ready dinners, take-aways or fast food or have pasta and pesto just a little too regularly then this will definitely help you!

2. What If I Don't Like The Recipes?

I'm hoping that you will! However if you don't then just email me at [email protected] and I'll give you a full refund. 

3. What Sort of Meals Are In The Book?

We've got lots of different meals from Noodle dishes to Turkey burgers, Home-made granola to Prawns & Avocado on Toast.

4. Is This A Weight-Loss Book?

This is not a weight loss recipe book. It's likely that you will lose weight because you will be eating nourishing and healthy foods that your body will love and exercising regularly - through the program, but the whole point of the Recipe Book and Nutrition Guide is to make sure you're giving your body everything it needs to function optimally rather than trying to restrict calories or eliminate food groups.

5. I'm Vegan Will This Plan Work For Me?

I've not designed the plan for vegans or vegetarians however everyone will gain value from these recipes (and lots of vegan and vegetarian products are included) and any animal products can always be swapped out for non-animal foods.

6. I Don't Have Much Time To Cook - Will These Recipes Work For Me?

YES! We're all mums and the days of being able to spend an hour in the kitchen cooking are a distant memory. All these recipes are quick and easy PLUS I give time saving tips throughout.
